All Bookings made on Panmari Luxury Apartments are subject to these Terms and Conditions. We kindly Ask you that you take a moment to read them prior to making a booking. By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by our Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. 

Booking rates

 All rates quoted include current Service Charge, Municipality Tax and Value Added Tax.

 Please note that the official currency for Cyprus is the Euro.

Online reservation

 To make a reservation, you must go to our Online Reservation page. The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and must be authorised to make the reservation based on these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation policy

Bookings can be cancelled up to 14 days before arrival without a charge and any deposits will be refunded in full.

For cancellation received within 14 days from arrival 50% charges apply. 

In case of no show without prior notification we reserve the right to charge 100% of your booking

Check-in / Check-out

Guests may check-in at any time from 14:00hours on the scheduled day of arrival. 

On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms not later than12:00hours.

Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will may be charged accordingly.
